User Log Report

This window allows you to generate a report on the Users' failed and successful attempts to access Loan Performer program and menu items in a given period. This is useful to management for monitoring of users access to the program.

How to view the User Log Report

To view the user log report you go to System/User Log Report. A screen will appear looking as follows:

Note that in order to get a report on the menu access, you first have to enable the Log menu accessoption at System/Configuration/Users/Add a user. If activated the report will show the menu items accessed and the time of access.

• Reporting Period: Enter the start and the end of the reporting period in the respective windows, e.g., "01/03/2015" to "03/03/2015".
• Report type: Select the radio button for the type of report you want to generate. This can either be for Failed loin attempts, Program access or Menu access.

• Note that The above reports can also be accessed via the desktop application, Wide Area Network (WAN), Web app or All the three in one report.Below is one accessed via desktop application

• Order by: You can get these reports ordered either by "user, date" or by "date, user". Select the appropriate radio button for the order in which the report should be displayed, e.g., "Order by user, date".
• Data entry person: Click on the drop down to select a particular user for whom the report should be generated or tick the Check for all persons to include all users.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections.

Click on the Close button to exit.

A loan Performer dialog box will pop up prompting you to clear the log of the data from the reporting period. If you want to clear the log, click the Yes button otherwise click the No button to exit..
